This Custom Essential Oil Stand is a perfect way to display, and store your oils in a beautiful way in your Home or Office. This listing is for a custom essential oil 15ml bottle holder with 19-24 holes. This Essential Oil stand is a single tier all made from reclaimed wood that is one solid piece. This Essential Oil Stand is made to order and can be fully customized, we can make these with any size bottles or jars. The listing photo is an example only. This oil holder listing is made to order based on your customizations.

This item is handmade to order from reclaimed wood. The wood is smooth and splinter free after sanding, and will show the woods character and natural wood indentations. If you do not see an option you would like please message us and we can get you a quote.


Options:
If you choose the option with stain we will be staining your holder, if the option you pick does not have stain we will leave it the natural color of the wood with natural beeswax on it. Our standard sizing is below. If you need wider or deeper holes we can do that for you no problem. Please include the width and depth that you would like your bottle to be, if different from the size below.

Custom Orders-
If you get your update photo and you are not happy with the design, or stain color you have chosen, please let us know as soon as possible. Our custom orders are all handmade. If a color revision is needed after we have stained it there will be an additional revision color charge will be $5.00 each revision. Customers will be billed for the additional revisions. We will not ship your item if you have an outstanding balance. Please keep in mind if we do have to make any changes it may take extra time beyond your ship date to be done.

To care for your item:
To keep your product in good shape we recommend you use howard-feed-n-wax beeswax polish and conditioner. Use the conditioner 1-2 times a month depending on your use of the holder.

~ All payments can be made using credit cards, PayPal, or Etsy gift cards.
If canceled with in 24 hours we will give you a full refund only if it has not been shipped on Sale or custom made.
How long does it take for my order to be hand made?
~Each of our listing have different processing times.
Will I have to pay sales tax?
~ All sales in the state of Tennessee will have to pay the sales tax. We do have to abide by the law.
- If a buyer defaults and does not complete their payment plan with Klarna they are responsible for all return shipping + a restocking fee depending on the item. A refund will only be entertained if the item is returned to us not damaged, altered and in original condition. Buyer has 15 days after they default to return to us the seller.

Local Pick up:Any of our items can be picked up locally in Franklin Tennessee. Free shipping for local pick up. Fright shipping cost do fluctuate can be more.

We offer shipping prices within the USA. We do have a few of our items available for shipping Internationally, In the title if you see INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATE please use this when ordering Internationally. If you are ordering from the USA please order under the regular listing for cheaper shipping rates. If you live outside USA please message us and we will quote you pricing for the product you are interested in. We typically ship using FedEx or USPS.
Due to covid 19 there may be some International Shipping Delays.

What do I do if my package is showing "delivered" on USPS tracking and I never received it?
~ We only use FedEx and USPS as our carrier. You will need to contact them directly to put a search claim in since we do not physically deliver packages we cannot be liable for any any lost or stolen or damaged goods in transit. Once it leaves our hands it out of our control.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, it is more money for us to ship to. We will send you a custom order, with the shipping cost included. If you have already ordered we will send you a bill for the shipping balance.
Once the item leaves our shop you must contact the shipping carrier for any problems, damage, claims or delays. We are not responsible once we have passed it to the shipping carrier.

How long will it take to receive my order once it ships out to an International location?
~ Currently All International shipping is stopped except sales to Canada. When shipping resumes we can let you know. All of our international orders will ship with the shipping method you select. Generally speaking international orders will take anywhere from 2-8 weeks for delivery depending on customs in your country. We do not include insurance on international orders due to the already high cost of shipping, so if you would like insurance on your package, please see when checking out the option to add additional insurance. All international shipments please note that we are not responsible for any additional fees pertaining to: VAT Taxes, Customs fees, Royal fees, Duty Tax, GST Tax or handling fees that your country may charge due to you being a citizen. We can look up the taxes and help inform the buyer what the additional prices may be once the buyer receives their package. We are not responsible for Intercept costs.


What if my package has been returned to you for non pickup or insufficient address?
~ We will ship your order to the address you provided upon checkout with Etsy or Paypal** So, if your address is incorrect on your billing, you are responsible to notify us prior to your package being shipping out. We will not be held responsible for shipments being sent to a wrong address. Please also note that if your package is returned to us for attempted delivery and non pick up or insufficient address, that all postage will be repaid by the buyer.
All repaid postage you would need to mail a check to us for the additional shipping costs. We will contact you regarding a returned item, but if we do not get a response from you within 30 days from the date of contact we will not be responsible to store your purchase. We will give your package back to USPS and they will house it in the missing and undelivered packages department. It will be your responsibility to contact them after the 30 days. We send photo of custom items before shipping you can see what your item looks like.
Buyer is responsible for ALL intercept mail, and forwarding address charges. We are not responsible for lost forwarding address mail. Please make sure your address is correct when your order is placed. If you need to update the address before we ship it let us know and we can update your address.

What if I need to change my address?
~ We will ship your order to the address you provided upon checkout with Etsy or Paypal. If your address is incorrect on your billing, you are responsible to notify us via Etsy Message only prior to your package being prepared for shipment. We will not be held responsible for shipments being sent to a wrong address if that was the address provided at checkout.

Our return policy: We will evaluate each case individually. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. The item must be returned, to us in the original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value. Restocking fee up to $50 may be applied.
Custom and personalized orders
All items and custom orders are handmade and we do not offer refund on custom order. We go off measurements from customer. We need correct measurements to complete your order. For concerns, or any questions please let us know before the final stage of your custom order so we can try and make a change. If there is shipping damage the buyer must provide proof of photos and photos of the shipping box. No exceptions. Not all request can by applied.
Stain revision $20.00 per revision. Any changes made allow extra time. All Custom or Bath Tray Sales are Final. For any disputes buyer is to pay for all shipping to buyer, return shipping & a Restocking fee of $50. We send approval progress photos of All custom orders. By approving your approval/progress photo you wave the right for disputes or refund. We are not liable will not pay refund or have disputes for Items that buyers think are inaccurately described but don’t meet a buyer's expectations. We reserve the right to change or modify a layout. We do our best to communicate with you if there will be any design changes.
* We do not recommend that you finish the item or try to stain the item on your own! It is not recommended by our builder. We are not responsible for any after market stain or paint that you apply to the item after you receive it.
We do send approval and progress photos on All custom items! We do ask for your approval on the final photo before we ship it. Make sure you check your etsy messages!!! If we do not hear from you 2 weeks after we have sent a final approval photo we will ship the item. If you do not like it or wanted any changes that is null at that point once we have shipped it you wave your right for changes. It is the buyers responsibility to cover shipping or change fee after we have shipped the item.
We will work with you to help you enjoy your items. Please contact us for any problems. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and shipping of new item. Custom and sale items/orders are not returnable or refundable. Custom orders are: anything that we do not have in stock and have to hand make. The buyer gives all final approval before we ship. The buyer is responsible to make us aware if they are not happy with how the item looks and or want any changes made. Wood color type markings will all vary per piece. What if I received my product and it's damaged or went missing from transit through USPS or Fedex? We are not the shipping company. You will have to contact the shipping company. We ship our Command Centers, Bath Trays, and Bathroom Holders via Fedex. We are not able to ship those larger items via a P.O. Box address. If you only have a Po Box address, we can only ship via Usps, We are not responsible for any damage that occurs with shipping. You will have to contact usps and file a claim with them if there is damage. For damage we NEED photos of the box! That is non negotiable, in order for us to file a shipping claim If there is No photo of the box and damage the customer is responsible for filing a claim and takes responsibility in doing that and any damage that may be caused. All claims as subject to be approved by us.

-Shipping Insurance
What if I received my product and it's damaged or went missing from transit through USPS? Everyone has an opportunity to purchase insurance on their order at the time of checkout. All damaged or missing items need to be paid through insurance. There is only a small window of opportunity to work with USPS or FEDEx claims, so this is very important that we can get the claim registered within the time frame. So please let us know of any issues as soon as possible. We will only work with the original person who placed the order. If you received this as a gift, please contact the person who purchased the product from our shop so we can work with them directly.

For approvals and customization questions we have for the buyer: If you purchased an item and your email is incorrect, you cant sign into your etsy, or we have no way of getting a hold of you - we will cancel your order after 3 weeks, only if your item requires a personalization or customization that we need answers from the buyer and we do not hear back. We do try to get a hold of you via your email if we can not reach you on Etsy.
-All international packages must add insurance if you want to protect your packages from damages or missing packages due to transit. If you need additional insurance, it's inexpensive and we can add it for you. You will see an option at checkout to add additional insurances. If you have further questions regarding our damage policies, please contact us in advance.

For buyers using Klarna,we do not accept payments directly to us. All payments are handled with Etsy/Klarna. Buyer must wait for the payment instructions from Klarna, as described below. We give you an estimated ship date on your large custom items. You must work out your payment date with Klarna, buyers are responsible in contacting them about your items ship date. Klarna can only discuss the details of an order with the buyer, not with the seller. The seller is not responsible for contacting Klarna for ship dates. Please note that our large custom orders have a 9-12 week build/processing time currently. If you default on paying in full for your purchase, If a buyer defaults on a payment you must return the item to us. For defaults the buyer must contact Klarna Customer Support to pause their date of payment to help prevent additional reminders and fees from Klarna. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping fees back to us. The item must not be damaged or altered in any way. If it is not we will refund the amount the buyer has paid into the item minus the restocking fee of $25-55 (our digression). Buyers are responsible for all Etsy and Klarna, interest or fees, late payments.

CUSTOM ORDERS-
~All custom order sales are final. We do communicate with the buyer through our entire custom order process. We send updated photos to insure the buyer is happy with the product before we ship it.
All of the wood we use will show natural characteristics, indentations, knots, markings, worm holes, or other natural rustic marbling marks. We can not change any of the natural markings in the wood. Hooks may vary on style. Customer is responsible for looking over mock up and order details to make sure they are correct before we build them. Custom orders and items on sale are final. *We do require your approval on a final approval photo before shipping your Custom Item. Please make sure you check your messages. We will send you a mock up of your custom item layout and and in most cases dimensions after your order is placed. All approvals will void claims or disputes made. Customer is responsible for any shiiping to buyer, & return shipping fees. For damage you need to file claim with shipping company. We reserve the right to have to modify or change a layout when building the custom item. Some of the boards we use for the Command Centers are different sizes and can determine how the Command Center is made and size. We do our best to let the customer know of any design or layout changes before making it. All Smooth Wood custom stain request color is final. We send a stain approval photo. Once that color is approved we begin building. We apply a finish coat on the smooth wood only. Once we have applied the finish we can not change the color. Custom Orders:

Frequently Asked Questions

Bathtub Tray Information.

Bath Tray Processing Time: Each Bath Tray is handmade. They can take typically between 7-9 weeks to make, depending on how many orders we have at the time. Keep in mind during the holiday season it may take longer.
Stain: We will do our best to make your tray similar to your cabinets. When choosing a stain color please let us know how dark you would like the stain, or if you would like it a little lighter so you can still see the pattern on your bath tray.
Any photos of your cabinets or bathtub are very helpful.
Will the Bath Tray Fit: Please send us a photo or measurements of your bathtub and we can let you know if one of our bath trays would work for your bathtub. A general rule of thumb if your tub has a 1" or larger edge it should work.

Care instructions

For our mixed wood bath trays or items purchased with a pattern we recommend using howard-feed-n-wax beeswax polish and conditioner. Use the conditioner 1-2 times a month depending on your use of the item. We recommend wiping the trays down after use. The feet can be unscrewed if you need to adjust them.
The backing is on to protect your tub. If you don’t want the backing please let us know.
Due to allergies we can no longer offer our Teak Bath Trays. We apologize for any inconvenience, but our health is important to us.

Approvals

For Custom orders we send progress and final photos to customers. We do ask for approvals on all custom items we make to make sure you are happy with them. You have 2 weeks to approve your final photo of your item. After 2 weeks, if we have not heard from you, we will ship your item. The customer waves the right/ approval to make any changes once we have shipped. The customer at that point is responsible for any shipping/ change fees/etc. Buyers are also responsible for providing correct shipping address when submitting their order.

Will the Bath Tray fit my tub?

Our Bath Trays can be made with most bathtubs. Our general rule of thumb is if you have at least 1" between your tub and the wall, or a claw foot tub it should fit. They fit over most spa bathtubs. You can send us a photo of your tub if you are not sure it will fit before you order. All of our bath trays are handmade to order based on the measurements you provide us of your tubs dimensions.

All measurements are very important when making the trays.
The A. C. & D. Measurement should add up to the B. Measurement. We use all of the measurements you provide to make the trays to custom fit your tub. For the feet we can only do the feet on the inside, no feet on the tray, of like the leg version.

Additional Shipping & International Information

Yes we do ship most of our items internationally. If you do not see your country please message us and we can tell you how much it would be to ship.
If you would like information for shipping On of our Bath Trays we need 2 things from you. The length the tray would be, your shipping zip code.
Due to Covid 19 shipping may be delayed for International orders. It is out of our control once we pass it on to the shipping company.
